Position Summary:
The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with patients, their families, and other stakeholders. This role involves ensuring excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive image of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve patient concerns and complaints promptly
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure clear and compassionate communication
- Maintain comprehensive records of patient interactions and feedback
- Provide regular reports on patient satisfaction and relationship management activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Communications, or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level 5 hospital
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in MS Office applications
